We meet via Zoom for 60-minute sessions — a consistent, held space dedicated entirely to you. This isn't a space for advice or action plans. It's a space to slow down, go inward, and do the kind of work that actually reaches the deeper layers.
Each session we follow the thread of what's most alive for you — exploring the parts that are present, the patterns that are running, and the conditioning that's ready to be released. Between sessions you'll have reflection prompts and somatic practices to keep the work integrating in your daily life, along with email support for anything that arises in between.
I will show up to every session fully present — not with an agenda, but with genuine curiosity about what's true for you. I'll hold a space that feels safe enough to be honest, and I'll ask the questions that help you hear your own inner knowing more clearly. I won't tell you what to do or who to be. I'll help you find what's already there — beneath the conditioning, the roles, and the version of yourself you've been performing. Every session is tailored to where you are. There is no fixed formula. The work follows you.
