My coaching approach is rooted in inner child healing and parts work, guiding you to reconnect with the younger parts of yourself while integrating them with greater awareness, compassion, and alignment. I use the 4Cs process—Clarifying, Clearing, Creating, and Connecting—to help you heal and embody your authentic self.
Clarifying: Identify the protective parts and wounded inner child within you. By recognizing their voices, emotions, and needs, you’ll gain insight into the subconscious patterns shaping your life and learn to navigate them with greater self-awareness.
Clearing: Release the emotional weight carried by your younger self. Through loving presence and somatic healing, you’ll soften protectors, process stored emotions, and create space for deeper healing, allowing your authentic self to emerge.
Creating: Shift from reacting to past wounds to intentionally creating a life aligned with your true essence. By integrating your inner child’s needs with your present self’s wisdom, you’ll step into a more empowered way of being.
Connecting: Cultivate a relationship with your inner child built on trust, love, and attunement. By reparenting these younger parts and embracing your full self, you’ll experience deeper self-acceptance, emotional freedom, and authentic self-expression.
For much of my life, I believed that worth was something to be earned — through achievement, perfection, and relentless performance. I thought that if I checked all the right boxes — the prestigious university, the high-paying job, the ideal partner, marriage by 30 — I would finally feel whole.
Throughout my twenties, I chased those milestones with single-minded determination. On the surface, everything looked picture-perfect. But beneath the polished exterior, I felt increasingly disconnected — from joy, from others, and most profoundly, from myself.
At 29, life began to unravel. A series of unexpected transitions and personal losses shook the foundation I had built. Yet within that unraveling, something deeper stirred — a quiet invitation to come home to myself.
I began asking the questions I had long avoided: Who am I beneath the roles and expectations? What do I truly want — not to gain approval, but to feel aligned and alive?
Along that path, I discovered breathwork, somatic healing, and parts work — practices that helped me meet the parts of myself I had long silenced. I stopped striving to become someone else and started listening to the tender, hidden places within. Gradually, I began to return to a sense of inner peace and wholeness.
In the years since, my life has transformed in ways I never imagined. I stepped away from the corporate world and embraced a more spacious, remote lifestyle — one that allows me to do what I love from anywhere in the world.
Since leaving my hometown at sixteen, I’ve lived in many places, always searching for somewhere that truly felt like home. And yet, this journey has shown me that home isn’t a place — it’s something we build within. When we feel at home in ourselves, we can belong anywhere.
This is the heart of my work today: guiding others back to that inner home —
