Hi, I’m Tracey — a certified life coach, breathwork facilitator, and somatic practitioner. I help globally-minded women navigate the emotional and identity shifts that come with relocation, so they can reconnect with themselves and create a life abroad that feels aligned and fulfilling.
I left home at 16 and have lived in 6 cities around the world. Before moving abroad, I was on a very linear path—doing everything “right”: a good degree, a corporate career with stable income, and following the expected timeline of success and marriage before 30. On the outside, it looked fine, but on the inside there was always a quiet sense that something was missing and unfulfilled.
That continued until I moved abroad. That’s when everything began to shift. I started questioning what I truly wanted and slowly began rebuilding a life on my own terms. This journey wasn’t easy—it required me to slow down, turn inward, and face the parts of myself that were still operating from conditioning, expectation, and fear. Over time, I began to release old identities, soften self-doubt, and reconnect with a deeper sense of clarity and inner truth.
Today, I support other women on the same path — women who appear capable and independent on the outside, yet quietly long for deeper meaning, connection, and alignment in their lives abroad.

A lot of women move abroad hoping a new country will finally help them feel more free, fulfilled, and like themselves. At first, it does feel like that. Everything is new, and you’re building a life from scratch.
But then something quieter begins to surface. The external change doesn’t automatically create the internal shift you were hoping for. And underneath the newness, there can still be disconnection, uncertainty, and self-doubt.
Because relocation doesn’t just change your environment—it removes the familiar identities you’ve been standing on. The roles, expectations, and the version of you that always knew how to function.
Without them, something deeper starts to emerge. You begin to ask: “What do I actually want? Who am I outside of achievement and expectations? What actually feels aligned for me?”
And while this phase can feel disorienting, it’s often not a sign something is wrong.
It’s the beginning of coming back to yourself in a more honest way.

"Tracey is kind, reliable, nurturing, open-minded and above all else, an intuitive action-taker. Her greatest strength is her patience and ability to see and love people as they are in this moment. With her, I know I am in a judgment-free space, a zone where I am safe to be honest and vulnerable. I don’t know many people who can see anyone and just know their heart, but Tracey can, and I am still in awe of it. " --Misha Khan
