Hi, I'm Tracey—a somatic coach and parts work practitioner who left home at 16 and has lived in six cities across three continents.
I know what it feels like to start over in a new place, to build a life from scratch, and to look completely fine on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside.
For years, I built my life around achievement, independence, and meeting expectations. From the outside, my life looked good, but beneath it all, I felt disconnected from myself. No matter how much I accomplished, there was a lingering sense that something was missing.
Everything changed during a major life transition in my late twenties. The life I had carefully built began to unravel, and for the first time, I stopped looking outside myself for answers and turned inward. Through deep inner work, I learned how to reconnect with myself, meet my emotional needs in a new way, and build a sense of belonging from within.
Today, I help women who have moved abroad and built a life in a new country, yet still feel disconnected from themselves, uncertain of who they are, or caught between who they've learned to be and who they truly are. I help them understand the emotional patterns that keep them stuck, reconnect with themselves on a deeper level, and navigate change with greater clarity, self-trust, and inner freedom.

You moved abroad for a reason. Maybe it was adventure, a fresh start, or a quiet knowing that you couldn’t stay where you were. But nobody really talks about what comes after.
The loneliness arrives in waves, and friendships stay surface level. While your career may look fine, it can feel strangely empty. There’s a sense that you’ve built a new life — yet something inside still doesn’t feel at home.
At first, you try to move past it. You stay busy, adjust, and be grateful. But it doesn’t go away. If anything, it gets louder — because on the outside, life is moving forward while something inside still feels unanchored. This is where most people override themselves or disconnect just to cope.
However, there is another way — to turn inward instead of pushing through and meet what actually feels off instead of covering it up.
And from there, something begins to shift — not into a new identity, but back into yourself.

Tracey is kind, reliable, nurturing, open-minded, and above all else, an intuitive action-taker. Her greatest strength is her patience and ability to see and love people as they are in this moment. With her, I know I am in a judgment-free space, a zone where I am safe to be honest and vulnerable. I don’t know many people who can see anyone and just know their heart, but Tracey can, and I am still in awe of it.
