Hi, I'm Tracey. I left home at 16 and have lived in six cities across three continents. I know exactly what it feels like to be in a new place, unable to go back, quietly unraveling — while looking completely fine on the outside.
For years I built my life around achievement, independence, and everyone's expectations. I looked capable and put together. Underneath, I felt disconnected, exhausted, and quietly searching for something I couldn't name.
It wasn't until a major life transition in my late twenties that everything cracked open. I stopped running and turned inward. Through breathwork, somatic healing, and parts work, I shed the conditioning I'd been carrying my whole life. I stopped performing the life and started living it. I came home to myself — and it changed everything.
Now I work with women who are ready for that same journey. Women who moved abroad and still feel that quiet gap between the life they've built and the person they were meant to be. Women who are done adjusting the outside and ready to go inward.

You moved abroad for a reason. Maybe it was adventure, a fresh start, or a quiet knowing that you couldn’t stay where you were. But nobody really talks about what comes after.
The loneliness arrives in waves. The friendships stay surface level. The career looks fine, but feels strangely empty. And there’s a sense that you’ve built a new life — yet something inside still doesn’t feel at home.
At first, you try to move past it. Stay busy. Adjust. Be grateful. But it doesn’t go away. If anything, it gets louder — because on the outside, life is moving forward while something inside still feels unanchored. What you’re experiencing isn’t failure. It’s a disconnection between the life you’ve built and the self that’s living it.
This is where most people override themselves or disconnect just to cope. But there is another way — to turn inward instead of pushing through, and meet what actually feels off instead of covering it up. And from there, something begins to shift — not into a new identity, but back into yourself.

"Tracey is kind, reliable, nurturing, open-minded and above all else, an intuitive action-taker. Her greatest strength is her patience and ability to see and love people as they are in this moment. With her, I know I am in a judgment-free space, a zone where I am safe to be honest and vulnerable. I don’t know many people who can see anyone and just know their heart, but Tracey can, and I am still in awe of it. " --Misha Khan
