Tracey is a coach, speaker, and somatic practitioner who helps spiritual seekers reconnect with their authentic selves so that they can live with greater peace, clarity, and emotional freedom.
Her spiritual journey began in 2017 when she moved from bustling Hong Kong to the serene beauty of Vancouver, where she experienced a profound spiritual awakening. Through her journey of coming home to her most radiant and authentic self, she discovered the transformative power of inner child and parts work, along with somatic healing. By integrating these practices, she was able to release old emotional wounds, reconnect with her true essence, and cultivate lasting self-trust and wholeness.
Tracey is trained and certified in breathwork and somatic healing with a trauma-informed approach. Her work integrates body-centered techniques such as breath awareness, gentle movement, and mindfulness to help individuals heal unresolved emotions, understand different aspects of themselves, and move from self-protection to self-expression.
Since launching her coaching practice in 2022, she has guided hundreds of individuals to unlock their authentic selves and live with greater freedom, confidence, and genuine self-expression.
