Tracey is a certified life coach, breathwork facilitator, and trauma-informed somatic practitioner. Blending deep presence with embodied practice, she supports those who’ve achieved outer success — yet yearn for inner peace, clarity, and meaning — to soften old patterns, reconnect with their authentic selves, and live from a place of grounded wholeness and emotional freedom.
Her own journey began in 2017, when she left the fast-paced life of Hong Kong and moved to the stillness of Vancouver, where a profound spiritual awakening opened the path home to herself. Through breathwork, somatic healing, inner child and parts work, she released layers of emotional conditioning and reconnected with her essence — cultivating deep self-trust and a life led from within.
Tracey’s approach integrates body-based techniques like breath awareness, gentle movement, and mindfulness, creating a safe space to heal unresolved emotions, understand the inner landscape, and move from self-protection to authentic self-expression.
Since launching her practice in 2022, she has supported hundreds of clients in reclaiming their inner clarity, wholeness, and vitality — not by doing more, but by finally becoming who they truly are.
