Tracey is a coach, healer and breathwork facilitator who helps purpose-driven professionals break free from chronic overthinking and reconnect with their intuition so that they can create a life of peace, clarity and alignment.
Her spiritual journey began in 2017 when she moved from bustling Hong Kong to the serene beauty of Vancouver where she
experienced a profound spiritual awakening. Through her journey of coming home to her most radiant and authentic self, she has discovered the transformative power of breathwork and somatic healing. She believes that these practices can empower individuals to connect deeply with their body and soul, enabling them to make powerful wise decisions that align with their truest selves.
Tracey is trained and certified in breathwork and somatic practices that incorporate trauma-informed approaches. The breathwork she teaches integrate ancient Pranayama practices with modern scientific insights to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Since launching her coaching practice in 2022, she has guided hundreds of individuals to find clarity, overcome anxiety, and create deep fulfillment.
